TCP won't connect (3)

I have a firewall with manual port forwarding. I double-checked the ports were set to my PC and They are being forwarded properly.

When I click "check connection", it says TCP has failed to connect.

I am not an IP expert. How does I connectd tcp?

same, fucking annoying, I would suggest trying a different client, or trying to reinstall.
ApexDC don't work for me, but vanilla DC++ does, weird eh?
